| Hey guys I can't express enough how important it is to get on team speak so we can start formulating how we're going to kick things off. I would like to get to know everyone and just BS with them. It's important to start building that comraderie!

| Jon, you make a great point. We'll emphazise this with something like our welcome package for when new guys come in. Maybe we can work on that a little later today! It will explain everything and we'll have the members agree to the package with all the rules and what not. What do you think?

| Yo Bo,Just an idea,At L3 we will not approve a member until he/she joins TS and we see how they are in real chat.And only after joining us on TS will we vote on his/her application.
We require 4 YES votes to allow them in,which is done by our members going onto the original application they put in and typing in yes or no.
If someone votes no we expect a reason. Such as played with this guy today and he used racist comments etc etc...
Simply put,If they are not going to join TS we do not want them,They will not be able to communicate in clan wars etc...Although we will allow a new member without a mic.Mainly because anyone can afford to buy a 15$ dollar mic at wal-mart eventually and they can type and hear in TS.
I understand the founder simply saying yes, your in!, in the beginning,But I strongly suggest the vote process after a few members are in.
The votes are also a way of showing your members that his/her opinion counts. Again just another thought man,its your clan! But if I can help in any way,even if its just a little idea for the future then I am happy! With that being said,back to Football and beer!

| I like that idea. Something to consider, too many times I've seen in other clans someone will get accepted and then never ever ever show up again or they end up being a complete idiot
